This VGT actuator controls the movement of the variable blades in a HE351VE turbo and when these actuators fail it may lead to lack of power, excessive smoke, check engine lights, and reduced drivability. Installing a new Holset VGT Actuator will solve all of these problems.Ā
SPECIFIC SCAN TOOL IS REQUIREDĀ for pre-alignment and installation.Ā This actuator will have to be programmed to the turbocharger for proper operation. Failure to program this to your turbo will result in premature actuator/turbo failure. Professional installation is highly recommended.Ā
